Established in the late 1990’s to acquire a number of high street freeholds we occupied at the time; WL Asset Management is a landlord of mixed-use, high-street property. Historically we have invested in Greater London & South-East, but we do consider opportunities across the UK.
WL Asset Management comprises of several high street properties & upper part developments we have undertaken and subsequently asset managed. We plan to expand the business aggressively across the next five years – acquiring 8-10 properties annually that fit our buying criteria.
Since the late 1990’s we have built up a portfolio of residential investment stock. Initially acquiring Central London residential and subsequently developing out several sites, going on to retain most of the apartments.
We have investment stock in Central London (Shad Thames, City of London, East London, North London) & various other locations in the South-east including Essex, Surrey, Kent & Hertfordshire.
This residential stock complements our commercial holdings and afford the group a sensible balance of commercial and residential property.
