GFF Developments was established in early 2015 to sit alongside WL Asset Management. Our plan was to create a business that focussed on mixed use projects where we could, through the planning system re-position sites we acquire and subsequently develop them.
We have acquired several sites across the South-East, most recently a large town centre site in Tonbridge.
Going forward we want to acquire 2-3 sites annually that present mixed-use development potential. We are privately funded, operating with our own cash resources – allowing for a swift decision-making process.
