Baronjon Fund was created in 1983. Having purchased the leasehold interest in 66 Seven Sisters Road in September 1976, paying £9 per week rent, the Fund was created as a purchasing vehicle initially. The Freehold was acquired in 1984 for £23,000 – this was the groups maiden freehold acquisition.
In the years that have passed the fund has continued to acquire property with a good longer-term investment story through its cash resources.
